In order to do a good job in high-end products, in addition to distinguishing the material and quality of products from ordinary middle and low-grade products, we can actually improve the product grade through the external expression language of the product. Here we take the lunch box as an example to discuss how to improve the product grade of disposable lunch boxes through processing design.
1. First of all, it can be classified into categories, "one-to-one". In a simple way, for example, if the takeout food is cold skin, it can be designed according to the cold skin.
2. Built in items: Take the above cold skin as an example, with a volume of about 1000ML, a self standing suction nozzle juice bag (about 250ML), a chili oil bag (50ML), chopsticks (21-23cm long, equipped with chopsticks cover), a single piece of facial tissue paper, and a single piece of chewing gum. All items are required to be placed in the lunch box with independent placement.
3. The lunch box is made of opaque plastic (blister technology), with the top cover and box as the body, and the appearance is a complete cuboid. All items are placed on the liner layer, and the box cover will be attached with a kraft paper cover (the cover pattern does not need to be designed). It is required that the color of the top cover, box body and cover paper should be coordinated and consistent.
4. The appearance of the lunch box is simple and impressive, and attention should be paid to details.
5. In the design of the inner liner layer, attention should be paid to leaving room for mixing the cold skin.
6. Overall, I feel that the requirements are high-end, grand, concise and upscale. There should be a sense of quality, and at the same time, there should be no sense of excessive packaging.
The parts to be designed: 1. The internal and external structure, size, texture, color, and plastic materials of the lunch box; 2. The structure, size, texture, color and material selection of the juice bag and pepper bag.
The part that does not need design: 1. The specific design to be printed on the cover; 2. The design printed on the chopsticks cover.
